Mr. Ahearne represents clients throughout the United States in Federal Multidistrict Litigation actions in Mass Tort and Products Liability cases. His practice also focuses in commercial litigation in New York State Supreme Court and the Federal District Courts.
His commercial litigation practice focuses in breach of contract, intellectual property, corporate assets, among other commercial claims involving corporate clients – or – individuals in suit against corporate defendants. His civil litigation practice focuses in products liability, personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, estate litigation, and often representing clients who suffer through traumatic personal injury, physical and emotional pain and suffering, lost wages, lost earning power.
Mr. Ahearne has also represented Fortune 100 Global Finance Companies in multi-million dollar contract negotiations. He has travelled North America, Europe and Asia representing global finance companies in the areas of software licensing, technology, marketing, advertising, mergers & acquisitions, corporate formation, spin-offs, international commerce compliance, and a variety of other international transactions often including multi-national legal considerations and contract values of several hundred million dollars.
He continues to serve as outside counsel to large-scale corporate clients and General Corporate Counsel for U.S. based product and technology development companies, overseeing corporate formation and structure, operating agreements, licensing agreements, intellectual property (copyright & trademark) administration, stock offering and business plans, vendor agreements, investment offerings, mergers and acquisitions, spins-offs and all matters of company business.

Jessica has seven years experience as a paralegal in civil litigation, matrimonial & family law, corporate transactions, and general practice. Out of the office Jessica spends much of her time in community volunteer work.
