These Counsel and Accountants, prepares Estate planning documents such as wills, complex trusts and powers of attorney. All Clients, as part of the total package of services, are asked to have prepared an up to date health care proxy and health care proxy specific power of attorney.

In complicated tax planning matters Counsel and Accountants conduct a through review of the financial aspects of the Client's assets, the Client's instructions for the disposition of these assets and the tax consequences of all proposed plans for the testamentary and inter-vivos disposition of these assets. We also provide litigation services for issues concerning the signing of Wills and related Probate matters.

Representation includes Executors and Administrators of Estates in the settlement of the Estate, file probate petitions, provide accountings of assets and assist in the transfer of real and personal property.
